The Indian School of Bahujan Leadership (ISBL) is a non-partisan leadership institution committed to nurturing a new generation of ethical, constitutional, and transformative leaders from Bahujan communities.

Inspired by the vision of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule, Savitribai Phule, Periyar E. V. Ramasamy, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, Birsa Munda, Kanshi Ram, and other champions of social justice, ISBL seeks to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and values required to build a more just, inclusive, and democratic India.

Our mission is to develop leaders who are deeply rooted in constitutional values, social responsibility, and public service. Through fellowships, leadership programmes, research, policy education, and grassroots engagement, we prepare young changemakers to address the challenges of inequality and strengthen democratic institutions.
